We provide professional window replacement and installation services for residential properties. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessments. Final pricing may vary depending on actual measurements, materials, labor, and other factors determined during the on-site inspection.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, staffing, or material availability.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. A deposit may be required before commencing work. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Install cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

6. Warranties

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all window installations. Manufacturer warranties for windows and components are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Window, MD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Window MD LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Privacy
